Hi, my friend is doing a pc build in the 400 dollar range (including keyboard) and I recommend this too him.
He already has the 7870, which was 95 dollars out of the 400.

You could get a less expensive MB, but this one is pretty nice, on sale, and comes with an M.2 slot should he want to use it in the future.
