Looking for alternative High Static Pressure fans

Hello, I am currently looking for a good High Static Pressure fan model. I am currently using two Cougar Vortex PWM 140s on my x40 rad. I was wondering whether they are good enough for the job, and if not, what other fan models are better/as good and are near their price range.

I have read about noctua, corsair, and several premium grade high static pressure fans, but where I am, they are quite costly

Those Cougars are quite good. They have 300,000 MTBF fluid bearings and perform well. There may be fans that flow a little more, but I doubt you would notice any difference.
