Looking for am3+ mobo under 80 dollars

Link any good am3+ mobo under 80 bucks please. Preferably Amazon or new egg. It has to be under 80 without rebates. Also I want it to be able to handle an overclock thanks!

From reading the reviews it looks like they can handle overclocking.

The Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P is the best AM3+ motherboard under $80. It has a 8+2 power phase and can handle a high overclock.

I know for a fact that the GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P AM3+ is not worth buying. Not sure about the MSI 970A SLI Krait.

What problem do you have with the GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P AM3+? Not that it matters to me, I've never owned any of these boards. I'm just curious as to your reasons.
