Looking for AM3+ replacement motherboard

Hello, my motherboard just bit the dust (it was an ASUS M4A78T-E Rev. 1.xx. ). My CPU is a Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition. Basically even though it's kind of dated, the rest of the system is fine (RAM, GPU...) and meets my needs so I don't really want to buy a new CPU, I am just looking for a motherboard replacement. I was thinking of a $100 budget. I was hoping that someone could recommend something. Would the Gigabyte AM3+ AMD GA-990FXA-UD3 R5 be a good pick? It goes for $100. There is a gaming version at $130 (Gigabyte AM3+ ALC1150), I don't know if the extra specs are worth it or not to be perfectly honest. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Yes, I have that one and works perfectly. GA-990FXA-UD3 It lets me keep my FX 6350 OCed to 4.8 GHz. My 965 BE was running at 4.2 GHz on it.
