Looking for AMB motherboard

I am looking for a fully loaded AMD motherboard, but I cant seem to find one that has everything I want, no matter how how high I look...

I am looking for a following...

AM3 chipset
DDR3 1600 support(?)
4 memory slots
Dual PCIe 2.0 slots at x16/x16
SATA 3.0
USB 3.0 (2 ports)
USB 2.0 (4-6 ports)
Full ATX

Is there anything out there besides gigabyte? I have heard they are very prone to board failures, and that that board in particular has bad northbridge/southbridge placements that create tight spaces and impair cooling...

Gigabyte is an excellent mobo manufacturer and this is their best mobo for AMD... Don't worry. It's great.
Anyway. if you want the best of the best (but it doesn't support SATA-600 and USB3.0), then buy an Asus CrosshairIII Formula:

This MSI 790FX-GD70 but like the ASUS that I say up, don't support USB 3.0
