Don't buy any amd fx cpu's now. Ryzen is coming out soon and intel has better cpu's overall. I recommend you either get the cheapest i5 + b250 motherboard or if there is a good deal on the older i5's those + a h110/b150 motherboard.

not all country and people in other country can afford or even have access to the hardware your describing.
answering the question instead of swaying to buy something else should also be considered.

after looking down that page yes the FX8320E is compatible but you will need to ensure the bios on that motherboard is updated (see copied text below)

AMD hardware is completely outdated and lacks in performance. If you can't go intel now, please head this advice and wait for the new ryzen and the new am4 motherboards to come out. They should be out very soon.
