I'm looking for an aftermarket GTX980,

I have my current build below but it's not compatible with the cards, can anyone suggest a good MB too to go with it?

Thanks!

Why would the asus z97 not be compatible with a GTX 980? Personally when it comes to 980's i love MSI or Asus Stirix. They both run fast, cool and both have the zero fan spin up where the fans won't spin up until the GPU reaches 50-60C.

Another vote for the MSI. I have and love it. Can't believe how quiet and cool it runs, even overclocked during heavy gaming.

Looking at the rest of your setup, personally I'd get the 4790K (same price), 8GB of RAM(unless you do a lot of video editing), and you can save almost $70 going with http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st2000dm001 for a hdd. I've had 2 of them for years and they've been great. There's also much cheaper mobos out there depending on your needs. I have the MSI Z97Gaming 5 and it's worked out well so far.
