Greetings, forum users,
I have a question, I'm about to "revive" my old PC, since I had enough gaming on a laptop that sports an incompetent 940M GPU. This old computer bears a rather powerful setup for it's past time.
Intel Pentium G3260 @ 3.30 GHz CPU (Did not oc)
GT 730 2 GB GDDR 5 GPU
8 GB DDR 3 RAM
H61M-P31 (G3) Motherboard
550 wat PSU
I'm willing to replace the GPU with a GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB GDDR GPU, I'm sure my PSU will handle it, but what about my motherboard? It was strong enough to complete the transition from an Intel HD Graphics GPU to the GT 730, but will this transition be successful and not result in me wasting my money? I count on you, fellow experts, since only you can post the trustworthy verdict.
Here is the exact link of the GPU I'm about to purchase, specifications of it right below.

Best regards,
Kalinin
