Looking for an ATX case with some requirement

I would like to have a new case for my current PC, the following are the requirements:

- A deep case(Long enough)
- At least 6 3.5" HDD, better to have 8
- At least 1 2.5" SSD
- At least 1 5.25" ODD, better to have 2
- ATX Motherboard
- Support Cooling System(My water tank is a cylinder with diameter of 5cm and 19cm tall, hope to put all things into the case not out of it)
- 240mm radiator
- Have enough space for adding intel CPU air cooling
- Support a Display Card with at least 300mm long(one card only)
- ATX PSU(Bottom mount is preferred)
- Side Window
- better to have front panel USB3.0(optional)
- budget around USD100, (i know it is hard but this is just a reference budget, any case lower or higher than this budget can still be recommended)
