Question Looking for an easy swap to replace my motherboard

I've been having display issues for about 6 months now I've tried replacing everything but nothing so far has worked for me so I guess now the next step is to replace the motherboard but I'm not very knowledgeable about the inside of computers. I'm looking for an easy swap including compatibility and sizing

The only way I get signal to my monitor is if I turn my computer off and on over and over and over again until It appears once I finally get my display working everything works like normal. My local repair guys told me that they can't find any issue with my hardware but also recommended that I replace my PSU, Surge protector and any cords I have attached. I then went out and replaced all of it and I still have to keep turning it off and on and hope I get lucky.

As they were replacing my PSU the guy mentioned something about a getting a new board which is why I'm asking if the motherboard I linked is a easy swap

Yes, that board is compatible with your system.

Try with integrated graphics first. Remove discrete graphics card from system. See, if issue remains.

I'd suspect graphics card, monitor or monitor cable to be the issue there.

I agree. Doesn't seem like a mobo problem.
