I'm looking for a board that has onboard video, can take a socket 370 pIII-850, ATA100, and accepts at least two 256MB PC100 SDRAM sticks.

This board will live in a rack case, which is why I want the video onboard. I'm also not looking to spend $500 for the board.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Check out the ASUS CUSL2-M. This is a microATX mainboard which fits into any ATX case. Has only 3 PCI slots, one CNR, and one AGP 4X, but that's all you need since it has onboard audio/video. There's even one variant that has built-in LAN (however, it's not worth the extra $20 - $30).

I just bought this MB from CDR Express for $138.89. It hasn't arrived yet. There is a full ATX version as well. ASUS is probably the best MB company. Definitely look into it.

The CUSL2 or CUSL2-M would be boards you might want to look into.
