Please suggest me the cheapest and best monitor (preferably full hd and ips panel type) for the following configuration:-

> 2 sticks of DDR2 667MHz RAM (total 4 GB) (may buy 2 RAM sticks of GSkill RipJawsX 1333MHz 4GB DDR3 each as 8GB total is supported by this motherboard)

> Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 2.4GHz processor
> Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
