Looking for an old alien games name.

We had an old computer with an alien
Shooter game and a bunch of others.
Can't remember the games name, but I do remember the following: it had a red icon a dramatic intro and it was a first person shooter game kind of old and Google doesn't know anything about it. In the beginning of the game you choose which character to spawn
(Most of which are Aliens) and some humans then look for better weapons and ammo... Can't remember much else except it was really hard to stay alive after the first part.

Do you have an approximate year the game was released? Was it a deathmatch kind of game or was there actual level play? Alien Arena comes to a mind, a kind of cheap knockoff of Unreal Tournament in my opinion.
