Looking for an old FPS

I'm trying to find the name of an old FPS I used to play;

- Game Launched around 1999-2005
- Vietnam or Korean war
- American PoV campaign

I remember a (the first?) mission where you spawn with an M4 or M16 in a big lake. The goal is to get on the shore and infiltrate some castle by yourself, killing asian enemies (most likely Vietnameze) along the way. During this mission there's some 'spooky' background music, and a lot of asians yelling/screaming at you from the distance.

If I reckon correctly, when you die, there's a message on your screen with either K.I.A or M.I.A.
