Looking for an update from my Phenom 1055t

I currently have a phenom 1055t paired with a MSI Gtx 950 GPU, I wondered if one of the two upgrades i had in mind would make an at least noticable difference in performance

Athlon 860k+Fm2+ Mobo

or

Pentinum g3258 + 1150p Mobo


Both upgrades allow me to utilize sata 3 and usb 3 which i dont have in my current motherboard

Neither of those options are very good for you. I would try to at least get the i3 6100 even if it means saving up more money.

I cant go over the ~130$ price range unfortunately, So i have to pick either of those,I mostly play games like world of warcraft and i notice annoying stutters despite having an average card.For i3 6100,i need to replace my DDR3 Ram too which is unfortunately not possible as it exceeds the price range, as for more info , I dont multitask much,nor have too many aps running in the back,and im looking for increase in gaming performance,and USB/Sata 3 support
