I dont know my power supply since this was a workstation pc that i bought and put a gpu in and its also almost part of the case plus its giant also i thought about a rx 580 since it also fits in budget

Without knowing the power supply wattage and quality it is useless to find a video card that will work. Open the case and look at the model of power supply.
Did you also check on space for the card?

With that CPU (8 or 9 years old now) you really don't need a better video card than your 750 Ti, you will have a CPU bottleneck in newer games.

Thank you however do you think i should also upgrade cpu or add a second one since this is 2 cpu socket motherboard ad also give that cpu 8 gb ram?

There is a pretty good chance any newer cards won't work in that system. Older OEM motherboards often have issues with newer video cards. As I said, with that CPU you are fine with the 750 Ti, anything past that your CPU will hold you back in most newer games. A second CPU won't help much if at all in games.

If you want to spend $2-300 on a video card you are better of getting a newer computer, using your 750 Ti for a bit then replacing that when you get some more money together.

You should be able to get a used system with a 6th gen i5 for about the cost of a good video card.

i am going to upgrade my cpu aswell as my graphics card since this is a hp z600 workstation im going to upgrade it to a intel xeon x5650 6 core cpu or a x5690 also 6 core cpu

That is not much of an upgrade for gaming or at all. Only benefit you may see with those CPU over what you have is in video encoding speeds. Going from a 9 yr old CPU to another 9 yr old CPU is not a very good idea. Maybe if you were going from a Core 2 Quad or Core 2 Duo to the x5650, sure big upgrade. But in core for core speeds there is pretty much 0 difference in your idea.

So what cpu you sugesting its a LGA1366 socket but just keep in mind that i am not rich sooo

Keep what you have or upgrade the full system with a new platform. I am not suggesting you get any other CPU at all. Your CPU and a 750 Ti are not horrible even for new games, anything you spend on upgrades for an old platform would be wasted money that should go towards a full replacement. See what you can sell your setup for and put that money towards a newer system. Even a budget gaming setup in the 600 range would be better than spending $300 on a new CPU and video card since you can probably get about $200-300 for your system.

so i should save up for a complete new system or a used one and then sell this one?

Used or new is up to you, depends on how good you are with checking on used equipment. Used would be cheaper but you are likely going to be putting cost vs new item warranties and ability to pick exactly the parts you want.

I have 1440 x 900 at 75hz stock and im thinking for an upgrade although i love how small it is

Outside of the low quality power supply, it would be an good system. Not sure if it's worth the full price they are asking, especially since I would replace the power supply with a better one, that will cost about another 60 - 80. You can get a system as fast in games with new parts for near that. Lower spec CPU but at least as fast of a video card.

That's about 5/8 the number of pixels that a 1920x1080 has, so, a 1050Ti should be able to easily handle your needs.

Now, *if* you were planning on a monitor upgrade (higher resolution), then you'd need to rethink which video card to choose for your upgrade.

I think i found a wayyy better deal and its in my price range right now
https://www.gumtree.com/p/desktop-workstation-pcs/gaming-pc-computer-16gb-i5-3570k-rx-570/1327657455
since its a rx570 which i wanted and also a i5 i feel like its worth it

Not too bad but not a great price for that. The SSHD drive is so-so, and a used Dell tower with a 3rd gen CPU can be found for under $200. If you can sell your system, the one with the RX 570 should be worth it for the difference. But I would take that 300 for this and what you get for yours and build a new one.
