Looking for an Upgrade to my System

I was thinking about putting some money into my System, but I'm not sure which to get. I normally play games like SC 2, League of Legends, Payday, CS, BF 3 in 1920x1080 resolution at very high settings. I was thinking about a new Motherboard or a new monitor but im not sure.

You have a great system. You would gain nothing. Why not wait a few years for new hardware that will come. If I would change anything I would move from ATA optical drives to sata drives. Newer motherboards will not have ata connections anymore.
 
I believe I have Serial-ATA drives. They don't have Ide ribbon cable or the Molex Power cable slots on it. But I'm not completely sure if that's what you meant.
And thanks, i think i will wait a few years before thinking about a new piece then.
