Hello, my computer is getting quite old and I would like to upgrade some of my components (probably PSU and GPU, because I only have around 450-500 euros)

My PC specs atm are:
MSI H61M-P31 (G3) Motherboard
Intel Core i5-2500K Quad-Core Processor 3.3 GHz 6 MB Cache LGA 1155
ASUS Radeon HD 7770 2GB
LiteOn IHAS124-04 24x DVD±R
2X 4GB Corsair Value DDR3
500GB Seagate ST500DM002 Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s, 7200rpm

As I said, I would like to upgrade my GPU and PSU.
I selected these, but I'm not sure, so that's why I'm asking:

Gigabyte Radeon R9 380 4GB
Corsair ATX 2.31 VS Series 650W OR Corsair ATX 2.4 RM 80+ 650W

Solution
A good 500 watt PSU would be sufficient for your build. A Seasonic S12II 520 might save you money over the Corsair RM 850. I wouldn't use the VS, it's their lowest quality PSU.
I'm agreed with BadActor about PSU, 500W will do the job fine (but you will no able to OC the CPU), also, you can save some bucks and go for 380x.

380 is a good card, in my personal oppinion i would go for Sapphire, but Gigabyte one is good too!

I went to newegg to count how many watts PSU I need and it showed me 637W or something. Are you counting differently or am I not getting something?
P.S I'm a newbie, so if You could explain, I would be grateful :)

Yeah, I tried the calculator You linked below, got almost the same result You did. Btw, right now, in my current build I have a 500W Storm Silent LPJ19-25. Should I still upgrade to something better or buy something else?

Thank you very much, you, and lucas helped a lot :)

Ok and oooone last question. I browsed an e-shop in my hometown and selected these:
Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 380 4GB
Corsair ATX 2.31 Corsair RMx Series™ 550W

Will everything fit (ports, PCIE, etc..) and work fine?
