Looking for another set of eyes to check over my first build

This will be my first PC build and I have a budget of $1300 set aside for this project. I have spent a lot of time compiling this part list and am open to changes. The part I am most open to changing is the GPU. Let me know if you see any cost efficient improvements or bottlenecks that I should be aware of.

With your budget I would go with Intel I5 4670K and GTX770 which sells cheaper than the r9 280X.
