looking for answers about my computer

my computer was in the pawn shop. And when i got it out of pawn and brung it home i noticed they spilled something on it. i plugged it up and my usb ports dont work nore do any of my video display. i ordered another motherboard and still the same thing. could it be my amd athlon 2 processer? because it dont have the video or sound card. or could it be my memory ?(4gb ram) or my hard drive?
