looking for asolution to the hardrive problem

Hello i droped my external hard drive and now th computer can't read the drive it says "computer cannot read the driver"

Heya

Try this:

1. Press Windows Key + R, type in: devmgmt.msc

This will open device manager,

2. Search for your external drive, should be under "Disk Drives"

3. Right click and uninstall.

4. Reboot and let windows install the drivers for you.
