Sorry. I need something that pick up my USB mic and send it directly to my USB headset with little to non delay and send the mic to the pc.

You want to be able to hear your USB mic inside your USB headset as well as having the mic work in windows?

This can be done without an external device. Simply set your USB headset to Listen to the USB mic. This setting is a built in feature of Windows.
