hi there, i need help my friend has a ZEB-945 Mobo With Intel E7600 3.06ghz Processor, 4GB 667mhz DDR2 RAM. so i need to know which video card will be the best one budget wise to expensive one.....

Wouldn't recommend it, it is too outdated. Just buy the Asus or Sapphire version of the R7 360. It is a few K cheaper than the MSI version.
