Looking for best avail graphics card

Hello,
I have an old dell inspirion 530, intel core 2 Quad, Q6600@ 2.40 GHz4, 4 GB ram, running a bfg 650 power supply. I am looking for the best card avail to game without changing anything. PLease help, Thanks

Since that BFG power supply was never that good to begin with (i.e. poor voltage regulation) and now that it's probably at least five years old or older the following cards should still be able to run in your system with that power supply unit:

GeForce GTX 560 Ti
GeForce GTX 560

Radeon HD 6950
Radeon HD 6870
