Looking for best CPU and Graphics Upgrade Advice

Hi I would like advice on what CPU and Graphics Card would be best to upgrade and how to upgrade them so I can run the biggest games perfectly. My PC can run games like GTA V and Just Cause 3 but at a minimum. They run very slowly. Games like Battlefield 1 and Overwatch will NOT run at all. Games like Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 3 can run but like run too slow and look muddy and ugly. The following are the basic specs of my current PC in which I had pruchased several months ago. I am new to PC gaming.

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730

RAM: 8.0 GB

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (build 14393), 64-bit

You could probably get away with using an FX 8350 and upgrading to a GTX 1060. You might need a new power supply to run it though.

I would get a sky lake or kaby lake i5 processor, and get a 1050 ti or 1060 3 GB model, depending on the amount of money you have in your budget.
