Hi, I am going to change my whole PC exept the mother board(Msi FM-2-A55-E33) what is the best for gaming amd processor can i put in my motherboard? Thanks in answering in advance.

I'd go for the Athlon X4-860K over an APU for socket FM2: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113379&cm_re=860k-_-19-113-379-_-Product

It's more overclock friendly, and the 6800K has been replaced with the 7700K, but the 860K is much cheaper than the two of those. It usually runs neck and neck with the Pentium G3258.

760k if you have a discrete video card. Your motherboard does not support the 860K nor the 7850K.
