Question Looking for best PSU 1200W or more

I'm trying to find out what PSU I can get that is PCIE 5.0 compatible, 1200W or more and can fit inside my Fractal Desgin R5. I'd love to get SeaSonic but the only one I'm seeing isnt in stock?

Keeping in mind for now I'm only plugging it into a 3070ti and I dont know if I can even use a PCIE 5.0 connector compatible with a 3070ti.

Corsair 1000Watt 3.0 or HXI/RMX will work just fine
