This is the build that I’m going to build! Just getting the CPU mobo and Ram because that all I’m upgrading!

I was first thinking of getting
Team 16Gb 2400mhz for around $175
But people told me that i7 8700k is best when combined with 3000mhz or higher! I only have to go $25 higher to get way better Ram!
I picked this one because it looks well with the mobo and it’s really fast!
Just wondering if there is a better one that’s less than $200 USD.
Also for the mobo I picked, is there a cheaper one that’s still good? I don’t plan on overclocking that much. Thanks

Changed the MB for you.
