Looking for better motherboard

I'm currently searching for a motherboard with the same capabilities as the ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4 but at a lower price if possible. I have the intel i5-6600k cpu so it should be overclockable.

The Fatal1ty is $146 at the Egg and comes with a $25 rebate right now. Might also look at the Asus Z170-P or GB GA-Z170XP-SLI
