Looking for budget basic laptop

My mom has been using the same celeron laptop with 1gb of ddr2 for years and its at the point where even web browsing is painful. She told me to look for a new one for up to 400euros and i came here for help. I immediatly thought core i3 cause im not familiar with pentiums and celerons. For just facebook and maybe 720p youtube from time to time what can u recommend? Please dont link me sales at best buy and stuff case im not in the us. Its got a ssd and 8gb of ram and should be enough for smooth day to day tasks.
Plus it is lightweight.

This is just above my budget, ive already seen it. I dont care about the gpu.Ive found one and i want some feedback:

good enough? Also im sure 4gb of ram will be fine. She was working with 1 all this time.

No please stay away from that laptop. My uncle has a similar laptop with same processor. The laptop is so slow it takes minutes just to open google chrome or My Computer.

You can choose anyone from the above, but seriously any laptop with AMD E2 processor that too without any SSD is a really bad choice.
