Hey, I have a old PC and I'd like to upgrade it into a gaming pc
Specs:
Mobo:G31M-GS
CPU:Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200 2.5 Ghz
Ram:4 GB DDR2
Power Supply:400 Watt
GPU:G33 Express Chipset Family

What kind of graphics card should I buy?
I'd like to play games such as
Fallout:New Vegas
League of Legends
Grand Theft Auto:San Andreas
Call of Duty:Black Ops

Solution
What is your budget? Your CPU may run gta very low setting and 4gb is too small. You may want to consider a CPU upgrade too.
You can get a GT 710 2Gb for $40, or a GT 1030 for about $60-$70, and either will probably be more than enough for what you're wanting to play. However, I can't find too much information on your motherboard compatibility, so I can't guarantee they work with your system.

How new is the GDDR5 730? I didn't realize they made one.

1050 ti tdp is ~ 75 w, your CPU will not exceed that amount. Assuming your PSU is still performing, max draw should be less than 200 and it should be fine. The money left in your budget can be used to get a Corsair CX450M if PSU needs replacement :) I would suggest try gpu first without overclocking. If CPU is bottlenecking and you want more fps, then overclock. For mb, just make sure you upgrade bios to latest. BTW, check return policy on seller just in case.
