A 650W PSU for a 261W demand system? On a budget?

Not to mention the 1600X is overkill for a system with a 1050ti ' budget gaming system'. Seriously, dropping down to the 1600 or 1500x and up the gfx to the 1060 would be better if gaming is the main purpose.
