Because RAM is cheaper now, get 16GB, also change to gtx 750ti and the Xeon. For Cad, Photoshop, Fluidsim, etc. the Xeon will be better one, which is 4 cores 8 threads cpu.

Or go for the i5 6600K

Or get the i5 6600, and use the intel stock cpu cooler, and the budget will be similar too.

Is there some difference between the Xeon and the i5 in performance or is just a matter of choice, also there isn't an alternative to the ASRock H97? I was looking for something more small.
