Looking for buget mid pc build

Hello everyone.
can someone please give some feedback about the pieces i have chose for the future build.
my main concern is the range of games that i will be able to play and if this build could be able to handle programs like Cad, Photoshop, Fluidsim,etc.

Because RAM is cheaper now, get 16GB, also change to gtx 750ti and the Xeon. For Cad, Photoshop, Fluidsim,etc. the Xeon will be better one, which is 4 cores 8 threads cpu.

Or go for the i5 6600K

Is there some difference between the Xeon and the i5 in performance or is just a matter of choice, also there isn't an alternative to the ASRock H97? I was looking for something more small.

The E3 1231 V3 is the non-K i7 4770/4790 so that it is better than the i5. The review ( in German, for e3-1230 V3 ) http://www.computerbase.de/2013-10/intel-xeon-e3-1230-v3-test/3/
