Looking for some advice on a new build pc will mainly be used to run a program with sys req below
Looking to future proof it some what if i can. Wondering if anyone could suggest an intel based system or the amd alternative thanks.

Operating System: Windows 10 Home/Professional 64 bit or OS X 10.13 (High Sierra) or newer
- Processor: Quad Core Intel i7 or comparable
- RAM: At least 16 GB
- Video Card: dedicated NVidia or AMD card, at least 3 GB video RAM (e.g. NVidia GeForce GTX 650, AMD Radeon HD 7750, …)
- Monitor: 21 inch, resolution at least 1920x1080

Radion 7750? that's a 6 year old card!

I'm going to assume yo meant 5 TB of space. and we can go much better on the GPU.
