Looking for a case UNDER 170 USD. I will be using it for gaming of course.

I saw this one, thought it looked cool. Not sure how good it is, reviews are good. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01HDUVOGI/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&psc=1

I want a case that has areas to hide cables. Or just good design to have cable management, and i would prefer no optical drive. I think they look ugly and I will never use them.

PS- If anyone can recommend a 144hz 1080p monitor it would be greatly appreciated. something under 300 USD

the rest of my specs will be:

motherboard:
ASUS PRIME Z270-K LGA1151 DDR4 HDMI DVI VGA M.2 Z270 ATX Motherboard with USB 3.1 PRIME

PSU:
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2, 80+ GOLD 750W, Fully Modular

cpu- i7 6700k

cooler- coolermaster hyper 212 evo

gpu-
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 AMP! Extreme

ram-
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3000mhz

Solution
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro M Tempered Glass ATX Mid Tower Case ($104.98 @ Newegg)
Monitor: Asus VG248QE 24.0" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor ($267.99 @ B&H)

You did say you aren't a fan of optical drives, but this is a great case and the slot can either be left, or used for an lcd fan controller or all-in-one SD card reader etc. My other choices would be a Fractal Design R5, which has a door to hide the optical bays, or the nzxt Phantom 410 (door) or a nzxt H440 (triple fan, no optical at all)

Is the case I mentioned good?

It's well made, decent quality, but it's also a modular style case you can buy extra options. The base case is good, buy its not a huge case so modular parts can interfere with each other, like you can't do a radiator in front and still do 2nd hdd tray. Personally, I think it over-priced for what you get, unless you are very attached to its looks.
