Looking for cheap lcd

My brother is looking for a cheap lcd, 16-17 inches, 16 ms would be nice give or take a few, does anyone know of / or can recommend anything good?

Keep your eye on those websites that look for deals. Every so often there are crazy deals. I remember seeing a 22" lcd for around $600 a while ago, that is pretty good

If you are in the US and have a Sam's Club near you and you are a member, they have a 17" 16ms Sceptre for $268.

I might try one out since Sam's will let you return anything within 90 days.
