I can't really say for the keyboard, but for the led lighting I picked up a set off amazon. There are lots of sellers and looks like many sell the same sets probably bought in bulk. Even the logisys and deepcool led sets appear to be using the same sets with remote. If you look at deepcool, logisys, supernight, ledwholesalers, all the sets look identical (probably bought in bulk off alibaba or similar). Lots of options from music activated to sets with color changing options, some have alternating tricolor and white leds in either cool or warm white. Many complaints on the sticky tape, most use 3m branded but it's such a thin strip that it doesn't hold well so I'd plan on using additional double sided tape or something. I used hot glue...

I used hot glue and it worked pretty well.

Depends whether or not you want to power it using your internal psu (molex), mine uses an external power adapter similar to a laptop which may not be for everyone. Bitfenix leds are supposed to be pretty good but not sure how much better they are than the others. They're pretty pricey. A lot of people like the nzxt hue too.

Cheap and mechanical keyboard don't go well together. I once wanted a cheap mechanical keyboard but you'll end up spending around 100 or even more. I have a corsair K60 RGB which I paid just over 100 for. It's a great keyboard, feels awesome and has great travel with it's MX switches.

Any hardware or DIY shops should have LED's unless you want ones which connect to your mobo :3 I heard some people use those snap and attach LED strips which do look awesome, but they don't last for ever.
