what parts should I buy to build a computer to get 1080p at 60fps in most games as cheap as possible? including motherboards, CPU, keyboard, mouses, monitors, software etc.

if you want a good pc that will be able to run most games i would go for this. it is hard to make a good PC at a cheap price if you are including a Monitor, keyboard and mouse. Saying that this is what i came up with

The Sapphire 280 is cheaper(and in my opinion better)
and if he wants some headroom i'd say get a better PSU
