i am hoping to overclock and get a sli card for this. Wondering if the case could have enough cooling to do either one without any additional components.I heard i dont need 16 ram and 8 will do just fine but i cant resist 16 my current computer has 2 and no graphics card :/. also wondering about the power supply size and x8 graphics connection for sli would a mobo with 2 Pci-e x16 be a better option?

Also just if all this stuff will work together i have researched some forums so im fairly confident it does but wouldnt surprise me if i missed something. Please.

That psu has enough connectors, in fact those cards can't even be powered by the pcie slot. If you are using 16gb of ddr3 ram you can always carrying them over to this system. If possible, get a z68 or z77 board by asus, asrock, or gigabyte. AND grab a gtx 560ti, not a 560.

yea i have bit of room to play. that one has regular hdmi would end up saving me on a cord since i have one of those.

I'd get a Z68 or Z77 motherboard, rest is good though

its crossfirex is there a difference between that and regular crossfire as far as compatability?

and will a higher mhz moatherboard work with 1600mhz ram?

thanks for the help i cant get it till monday feel free to add anything else ill check in. grand total btw is 1317.00 us without a monitor 1tb hd and random cd drive. thanks to IL tax on tiger direct WTF eight states and i happend to be one

that deckstar is sounding good. im a bit worried that with the motherboard z77 and gpu i might be pushing my power limit on the 650w but im not sure how to find out definitivly

i put the old motherboard back on the list. the graphics i feel are worth the extra but motherboard dosent seem as important. also dropped my scray number down a bit my original budget was 1000. should i bother with the extra ram i think ill end up needing in the future so why not now is how im looking at it

how about the cooling if i overclock should i get anything extra to keep it cool

thanks for all the advice. im going to overclock the cpu and see if the case can cool it enough as is. probably get cooling and another card if the need for it presents itself. the newest game im playing is SC2 and im sure this is plenty to run that on the best settings.
