looking for components for a gaming pc to play modern games at max settings

hey i need a computer that can play gta v (when it comes out), new nfs games, mortal kombat x, assassins creed blackflag / unity. I dont want to play games like COD, Battlefield, Crisis, Farcry, Bioshock,etc. Add the prices of the monitor, keyboard, mouse and headset. I would like to have 1080p or higher monitor and razer blackwidow chroma, ouroboros and kraken chroma as the keyboard, mouse and headset. I would like the case to be a Cooler master haf 932 advanced as the case. Also i dont want liquid cooling. Thanks in advance!
