Hello,
I have tried on my Asus z690 HERO and the kingstone fury, the Noctua d-15 and it looks like that it's too much sloe to the memory and the heat sinks over there, Plus if I install the second ventilator, it touches the memorys,
here's some pics:

Even if the fans touch the top of the ram sticks, you're not going to have any issues. The benefit of using clips to mount fans to the heatsink allows the end user to adjust the height of the fan on the heatsink. If your case allows with more clearance, then move the fan a couple of notches above where they are now. Like I said prior, even if the fan's outer shroud touches the top of the sticks of ram, you won't encounter any issues.

Make and model of your case?

If I was building around that motherboard, I'd have looked into an AIO, to avoid the tall VRM heatsinks.
