Looking for CPU and Motherboard

I am looking for the best CPU and motherboard compatible with the GTX 750 TI that I can get for $150 total. I play games and would like the most FPS I can get.

If you were to the the AMD x4 860k, you'd get more stability, but ~5 fps lower than the Pentium.

Thanks. What do you think about this CPU with the motherboard? Do they work with each other? How do you think their performance would be? Will they work with the GTX 750 TI? How many watts would I need minimum for the PSU?

Well, first off, you'd probably have to update the BIOS, since the Athlon is from Kaveri. Personally I'd get the Pentium. It's a more easier to install and you would get higher fps. You might get more frame dips than the Athlon, but it won't be too much. You can also overclock both of the processors, by the way.
