Solution

More important is the video card , the more shaders it has the better . The CPU has 4 or 6 or 8 cores but some video cards have hundreds even thousands shaders(graphics processors) . As i said before i5 4460 can handle even GTX 970 . i5 4690 beats FX 8350 in gaming and is equal to it in editing . i5 4690 is a great processor . FX 8350 is a marketing trick - many cores but weak , high frequencly but to be achieved that they increased the cache latency of the CPU and thus FX 8350 downgrades .. If you want more FPS , you first need faster GPU , as long as the processor doesnt bottleneck the GPU .

CPU- AMD fx 4100 (3.6ghz)
PSU- 2x zebronic gold 450w psu (1 psu GPU ,dvdrom, 5x cooler master sickle flow led fan 120mm) and other psu for rest of the components
MOBO - GA-78LMT-S2P (rev. 3.1) bios ver.- F3
GPU - sapphire R7 250x 1gb ddr5
RAM - 4 gb
HDD - 500gb WD green

this is what i m using now .. its been like 2-3 years so wanna upgrade . and from my research zebronic gold PSU are the worst .. and also people say i wont see any difference with even if i change it to fx 8320 .. as r7 250x is a low end graphic hahahhaa
