Currently i am having Asrock 960GC-GS FX MOBO with AMD Athlon 7750 dual core.

I want to upgrade my CPU and also looking to buy a new GPU.

Please suggest me a CPU and a GPU for this MOBO.

I want to play the latest games and my budget is INR 20000 ($300).

If your just...
What resolution is your monitor? The GTX 750 ti is a decent card but is best suited for 1080P or less and even more demanding games like Witcher 3 you will need to lower settings around medium to get 30+ FPS.

Edit: 95W limit.

You're limited to the 95W CPUs, so normally I would recommend the FX-8370e. However it's much more expensive than the FX-8320e, which is also fairly close. Plus, it would let you get a GTX 1060 with the 8320e for the price of the 8370e (currently ₹36559.00):

Technically the R7 370 is the current best for 720p resolutions (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gpus,4380.html), but they also say that the slightly older R7 260X outperforms it.

As for the FX-6300 vs. 8320e, they're pretty close (http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1402?vs=699); the 8320e has more cores, but it's downclocked to keep it at 95W, so the 6300 has better per-core performance.

If your just gaming then the 6300 would be a better choice since its clocked higher and performance per core is better then more cores. What's your budget for a PSU? Get a good quality PSU as it is the heart of your system and a low quality unity could damage your other parts or even catch on fire.
