So I know for a fact I need to upgrade case and the case I've looked at that can hold my 4 HDDs a 2.5 SSD and a big 40 series GPU is the Phanteks Enthoos Pro 2 Closed Panel that I like.

But I wanna upgrade Mobo to have DDR5 capability. Currently have a i7-12700k, 64gb DDR4 3600mhz and a MSI Mobo that has enough USBs for the 5 USBs I use on the back of the PC so I atleast need a Mobo that has DDR5 capability, 5 USB 2.0/3.0 ports on it and has enough slots for m.2 ssds cause I plan to get a couple of 4tbs ontop of my current 2tb ssd.

Doesn't take much to get all that.

USB ports shouldn't be too much of a consideration. Get yourself the appropriate hub for all the things you need to connect outside of basic peripherals.

This board has 3 M.2 slots, and you can certainly look for more. Most boards seem to stop around 5, but then they have practically zero other slots.

Getting rid of 64GB of DDR4 seems like a waste, but you can always trade up and get 4 24GB sticks or something.

Not sure if you wanted a CPU suggestion, but you can stick with the 12700k if you want, nothing wrong with it. You could go up to 13700k or 14700k, or even the i9, but all you are changing is a little clock speed and more E-cores.

Alternative would be something like a 7950X with AMD.
