Looking for Custom/Pre build PC + Recommendations/help

Greetings to all reading this post. Recently i have been considering of purchasing a pre-build or a custom build gaming PC capable of running many current games at 4k, for example: Rise of the tomb raider and et cetera... at around 60 fps (plus, minus) if possible and at stable - above 80fps (plus, minus) at 1440... ( Am I asking for impossible with the budget of £1,100 ? )

Preferably i would considering looking into a budget of around £1,100, willing to go a little over. I did quiet a little research on possible builds running games at such fps as aforementioned, of which many contained either Asus 1080 or sli 980 Ti. But as i am not a, lets say "professional" at handling such technical stuff I'm seeking a little guidance as to the best components compatibility and how each and every piece of machinery works together to achieve the best results - what the best combinations are and why are they the best with this __???__ piece of tech instead of this one __???__.
I would appreciate any recommendation or any build being made for me as recommendation.

IMPORTANT: please do not include any accessories. monitors and et cetera.

For 4k, yes, you are asking for the impossible. 60fps @ 1440p is more realistic.

I prefer to use et cetera, everyone has their preferences. Both of you thank you for your time looking into this, I've been recommended by many to get I7 6th gen any suggestions as to combining I7 with the GTX 1080 8gb and why would this be better than the i5 6th gen, in terms of overlock, performance etc (detailed please, but doesn't need to be as detailed) and also why would a certain mother board work better than the other one.
. As i mentioned im willing to go over £1,100 a little so please do not hesitate to include a component which can make a drastic change just for few additional pounds at MAX i would consider going as far as £1,300 for a decent machine which is capable of many things which i have aforementioned.

For 4k gaming, at those FPS, you would need SLI GTX 1080. So that would take you way over 1300. Many argue the i7, as DX12 is supposedly going to finally bring us into a more multithreaded age, for gaming, than we have currently. You would have to spend quite a bit more, to get 4k gaming, and that kind of performance. I would just stick with 1440p.

So if i decide to go with this build how much more difference will it bring in terms of performance and heat of the overall system when i.e. overlocking is it anywhere near 80*c bellow etc... as i heard its pretty dangerous to run a pc at such temperature as it can damage some parts - comparing this to the first build which you have created.
Sorry for so many questions, but i just have to gain knowledge to some extent as im trying to make a decisions for which one i should be going and why.
And as for my 2nd question, if im going with the build which i quoted above, would i be able to add another GTX 1080 in the near future as SLI on the same motherboard? as i noticed both motherboards are the same and would there need to be any changes made?
And as for the third question, if we take the first computer build which has been made for the price of £1,100, what fps would it run games at 1440 i.e. rise of the tomb raider with everything maxed out at 1440 what is the average fps it would get - roughly speaking
also wouldn't that 850 power supply be a little overkill ?
 
There wouldn't be a massive difference, in performance, vs the first build. This build leaves the option open, for SLI, hence the 850w PSU. Also DX12 is supposedly going to allow for more multithreaded titles, which should favor the i7, going forward. I would read the various reviews, for the GTX 1080. The 1st build wouldn't perform all that much different, except in a few titles that are a bit more CPU dependent. Fallout 4 is such a title. Overwatch seems to be as well.
