Really only a few DRAM manufacturers. If you are intending serious fine tuning and overclocking, then it matters.
Vengeance LPX is good stuff, they look okay, are low-profile for maximum cooler compatibility, and are usually relatively cheap. DDR4 3000Mhz is what I recommend getting in that model. 2933Mhz should be possible by most Ryzen 2000 series chips. 2666Mhz is the officially supported frequency, so you could just directly buy that. Personally I've never found the $10-20 savings to be all that worth it when buying memory. Better to have the higher frequency guaranteed.
