Well i just upgraded my monitor to 1920x1080 Acer and i don't think my graphics card can handle the game whatsoever so its time to upgrade i would love some suggestions and help

I think it is quite hard to find a graphic card in that budget that will be able to run the game smoothly at 1080p. You'd have to stretch it most likely.

What is your PSU? If it is any good I would recommend a used 280/7950
