Looking for dual monitor software

Or how to configure my settings in Windows 10 so that I can use 2 monitors while gaming and it won't minimize the game on my primary monitor when I use the secondary. I'm pretty sure I have done this before years ago. But with Actual Multiple monitors yes It's cool that I can move the mouse to the next screen but it minimizes the game when I click on something.

Well I guess I can use Dual Monitor Tools and windowed no frame mode.
