Will a n-alvorix-rs880-uatx motherboard + a gtx 750TI and a better power supply allow you to play fortnite at 30+ FPS with no stuttering? Any help is greatly appreciated! Also the max ram is 16 GB ddr3 and the processor is the athon II 4x 640.

That processor is weak and old, and does not have much of an upgrade path. It will run fortnite smoothly, but get to any modern AAA game and you will need to turn down settings significantly. If you have this only to play fortnite, then its fine. To play some demanding games, maybe upgrade the processor to something like a Phenom II X4 965 or if your motherboard BIOS supports AM3+ then even something like an FX 8320/8350.
